LOUD
LOUD is a podcast created by Ali A, and is a platform for people of the younger generations to use our voices on a wide range of important topics. It aims to create a safe space for young people to have healthy discussion about topics that affect us, whether it be as individuals or as a society, and create an environment where we can grow and learn from our differing perspectives. With two main segments, you can enjoy the magic of both a solo podcast and a group podcast, with occasional interviews and co-hosts. This podcast is currently on a hiatus, but will be returning in Spring 2024! Follow on social media to stay updated until its return.

Ali A launches the new era of LOUD with an emotional, funny, and nostalgic episode about the past, the present and the future.
In Segment 1, Ali explores the who, what, when, where and why of LOUD, talking about where she’s been over the past year, the origin story of LOUD, and the intention behind every episode of the podcast.
Dani, Isla, and Sophie join her for the LOUD Table, where they talk about the courses they will be studying at university, why they chose those subjects, and the new experiences they are looking forward to. They reminisce together about their past and their secondary school experiences, giving advice for their younger selves and exploring what it means to look after the inner child. They also discuss the impact that people - including teachers – can have on our life choices and interests, and Ali A shares some advice about connecting with something even when you don’t enjoy it or have been discouraged and put off. Finally, we talk about some of the things we will be taking with us to university and into our futures.
